Each planner is packed and shipped with care from our home to yours.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During launch periods or high-volume times, processing may take a bit longer — thank you for your patience as we prepare each order thoughtfully.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Launch Day Offer: Complimentary standard shipping is available for U.S. contiguous addresses on launch day only.Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international orders will receive standard calculated shipping rates.

Delivery Times
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–8 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@maevejemison.com, and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
