Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped. If you need to cancel or update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maevejemison.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
We want you to receive your planner in beautiful condition.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please email info@maevejemison.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will gladly assist with a replacement.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
